Detailed Answer:
Hello

After going through the medical details provided by you I would like to tell you that MDMA (Ecstasy) abuse can sometimes leads to fatal cardiac Arrythmias.

Now its highly advisable that you should personally go to ER and get yourself evaluated properly. Also an ECG is important to be done to rule out any ongoing rhythm abnormality as you are having palpitations for couples of hours.

I hope this information will be helpful.

Kind regards
Dr Bhanu partap
