Can I Use Cannabis Vaporizer?

Question: I had a aortic valve replaced and I aortic root as well nearly 3 years ago.I'm 30 years old female considering myself hhealthy and with good diet.Can I use cannabis vaporizer or drink it as tea or eat some?I have issues with my temperament and finding myself worrying all the time about everything and really hard to relax most time.

Brief Answer: avoid cannabis, sertaline will help a lot Detailed Answer: Hello You shoud avoid cannabis in every form as it had mood altering properties and you are already having symptoms suggetive of anxiety and depression. Cannabis is not healthy for anyone as such. The best approach to manage your temperamant will be to start an anti depressant. Sertraline is very good and is safe for peopek having cardiac complications. It is mild drug and has little.interaction with other drugs which patient is taking. with sertraline these symptoms will improve and finally stop. You will feel a lot better. Along with drugs - councellng sessions also help in early recovery. So, if you can please meet a psychiatrist and get the meds. Hope the reply is useful for you. I was hoping to get more interesting answer like if cannabis if eaten is it still bring blood pressure up eft.I don't feel depressed or like I need psychiatrist,I would rather have natural remedy than chemical drugs.I'm working very hard as a butcher and was looking for something better than glass of warm milk in the evening.Plus I was hoping I'll be answered by cardiologist or GP.Any other drugs you can recommend for sore mussels and overtime working brain?

Brief Answer: Try to include following dietary changes 2 relax Detailed Answer: Hello, # You want some fun out of the answers..that too with cannbis. OK, taking cannbis will surely give you a kick but may be simultaneously give you fear and scary nights and days...if you can use internet and can search on google you can read a lot about "cannabis psychosis". After reading about it, I do to think that you will take my opinion of avoiding it completely as some thing which is unnecessary. Now, you said that you have a hard time to relax and there are issues with your temperament...these two things definitely point towards a mood problem not a cardiac one. Only in your follow up query did you mention that you work very hard and so have sore muscles..and you want something to relax. It is right but a hard working day will automatically make a person sleep and relax...someone who is a manual worker doesn't really need anything to relax..he just needs time to do so! So, if there is an issue with relaxation in you (after working hard all day long), then it is not your body but your mind which needs to slow down. ## And you have posted the query in a section in which any doctor in panel can answer you, if you want someone specific then you should have posted it in specialist column. ###If you want something herbal for your problems..then the most XXXXXXX herb can be cannabis..so, every herbal thing is not safe. And all hubs have chemicals in them which have some effect in our body. Herbal things Donot do anything by magic ....they also have their effect on body by altering body chemicals. You do not like to take medicine - is completely ok, many people have doubts regarding them and want to stay away.. Try these simple measures, (Sore body can be relaxed with): a. soaking the legs in XXXXXXX warm water added with some message oil and salt once you are back at home b. sprouts are very good source of various chemicals which help in relaxing ones mind, so, add a cup or two in your daily diet c. nuts. espically walnut and almond are great for body d. yours, I think is a sitting job, so, getting a walk for half an hour ( in garden or park) will soothe your nerves. f. and last is what you Donot like- Milk-- yes, milk is full of serotonin and very good to calm unsteady nerves in body...so. instead of avoiding it , please take it with a smile , it does magic! g. if you like curd, it is also good sources of many essential nutrients , take two cups a day. Thank you for replay so soon and I'll certainly take all your dietary recommendations.As I wrote earlier I'm a butcher so it's rather very little sitting.I'm also cycling to work and walking dog every day at least hour daily.But it is true that I can't switch off my brain as it's always something still to do around home.I'm sorry I haven't specified specialist I'm using this service first time.Thank you for all. Detailed Answer: hello, It is now very clear that you are already very active person, and hard working.. so the point of sedantry life style causing the problems is out of question... The dietary recommendation will certainly help both mind and heart...plus try to add these: --if possible, serve yourself at least two to three servings of salad daily (and only you should be eating that bowl, no sharing is allowed!!). Salads have natural refreshing properties which help in all good ways. -- I donno if there is enough help available at home for works, but if not then try to distribute works among all family members. This will ease your burden and reduce your mind of its stress. Let others do their part, in whatever little ways they can -- and please remember, works will never end...one will finish and many will come up...So, take care of your self first..work comes next.
