Can I Can Zincovit C For Muscle Weakness?

Question: I had suffered from viral myositis in March 2016. However still having muscle weakness iand upper back pain while playing. Can I can zincovit c though i am overweight?

Can take but it would not help

Thanks for asking on Health care magic.

You can take Zincovit C but it would not help you with your muscle weakness. Rather, apply hot compress and exercise regularly (after consulting a physical therapist). Take juicy fruits like citrus fruits as they contain plenty of potassium and should help in effective muscle contraction.

The very fact that you are overweight indicates that you need to exercise regularly. Also get your thyroid profile checked.

Thanks doctor. I forget to tell that i got checked thyroid ptofile also along with EMG, X ray (PA), CBC etc and all reports were finevexcept CPK.

Can you confirm that medicines bejng taken fof allergic rhinitis as mentioned in prevuous mail are okey?

Also suggest some treatment for such allergy.
