Brief Answer:
Risk is low but transmission possible if she is positive.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for query. I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
Welcome to health care magic. I have gone through the details.

As the HIV status of the lady is not clear, you can enquire about the status or get her tested for STDs including HIV.She may be negative too.

The chances of transmission of HIV by single unprotected intercourse with a positive person is 1/200 to 1/1000.It is almost very low.

You can also go for HIV testing based on time since exposure.

You can get back for any clarification.
Thank you

Brief Answer:
STDs tests including for HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up query.

If she is negative you can relax. You can go for STDs tests including HIV now as baseline .Then again after 3 months to relieve your anxiety.

If she is positive then you may consult your treating doctor for PEP(post exposure prophylaxis).Pep had to be taken within 72 hours of exposure.

You can get back for any clarification.
Thank you
