Can HIV Be Contracted Through Protected Sexual Intercourse?

Question: Hi,

I have a concern regarding HIV and other STDs.

I had a protected sex in a massage parlor. But before sex she cleaned me inside the bathtub for 10 min and we both were naked. She also touched my penis with her breasts and nipples.

Later she put condom on me. This was my first sex. The condom was slightly loose from the top I mean it was tight but on head of the penis it was very loose. Is it normal to keep some top part of condom loose?

Aftet the she rubbed some gelly on her vagina and I had sex for 1 min. In between I changed the position and might have touched the condom with my hand. She also kissed/sucked my nipples many times.

In around 10 seconds after sex, I removed my condom by my hands. I was not sure how to remove it properly, I just removed it from the base, I just pulled the base to top and removed. While temoving I am sure my penis head touched outer part of condom and my hand. Then I had taken shower but when I reached home I could see I did not clean my penis properly so I took shower again to clean my penis.

I had done waxing on my chest anf stomach area 1 hour before that and there were some bruises due to that but no bleeding. During sex after she touched her vagina, she had touched my chest and stomach.

Today after 1 day I am feeling burning sensation, throat irritation like swelling, lower abdomen pain and tiredness. But these symptomps are not new to me (except lower abdomen pain I never got that) as I had sufferred from Prostatitis and may be BPH few months back including swelling in neck and took medicines but that was under control and before sex I had no issues from last 1 month.

Please let me know how much chances of getting HIV or any other STD? I am little worried and need your assistance in this situation.

Thanks

Brief Answer:
No need to worry. no risk of HIV

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query at HCM.
I understand your concern and situation.

Yes it is normal to have some part of condom loose in the front for accumulation of dementia post ejaculation.Well in your case there seems no reason to worry about anything. The intercourse was protected which is most important as HIV does not spreads by other ways during your case. As per your history the chance of HIV infection is practically nil. If would not suggest you any tests for HIV or STD. The lower abdomen pain and other symptoms are unrelated to HIV or STD. It could be spasmodic pain in intestinal tract. I would suggest you to antacids and meftal spas. No need to worry. Get your treatment done for other problems you had in past. If you have anxiety due to sex with a high risk then you can get 4 th generation ELISA test after12 weeks but only if you are too worried. But as a specialist I see no reason for tests.

Take care
