Brief Answer:
Quite safe to take during pregnancy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Yes, both the tablets are quite safe , and in fact recommended for use during pregnancy for nausea and morning sickness.
Please take them as prescribed, without any concern.
In addition, there are a few pointers for you -
1. Space out your meals, instead of 2 - 3 big meals, have 5 - 6 small meals.
2. Start your day with a dry cracker or a fruit, even before you get out of bed.
3. Eat dinner at least 2 hours before going to bed.
4. Have a glass of chilled milk before going to sleep.
5. Sleep with pillows propping your head up.
6. Avoid spicy, greasy, oily , outside food. Stick to simple home made bland food, that is fresh and hot.
7. Drink atleast 5 litres of water per day.
8. Avoid stress. Try doing yoga or meditation.
9. Get a pelvic ultrasound scan to confirm well being of fetus.
10. Take daily folic acid tablets in addition to these medications.
The nausea and morning sickness will pass as the first trimester gets over.
Have patience, it is a tough time, but it will pass.
All the best
