Brief Answer:
Yes this could be symptoms of gonorrhoea infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello! I have been through your question.

If you have done unprotected oral sex with someone infected with gonorrhea these are the symptoms of a pharyngitis and arthritis from gonococci as a complications of this untreated disease.
I suggest to meet an infectious diseases specialist and to do a test for gonorrhea in order to start as soon as possible a prompt treatment (usually I prescribe ceftriaxone).

I hope my answer helps you.

I wish you a quick recovery. Feel free to ask me further.

Brief Answer:
It is more likely that this situation has not relation with STI .

Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thank you writing back in healthcaremagic.

Please could you explain me better related your above mentioned symptoms?
How many days you have these symptoms (since then you mean for 6 weeks) and did you have fever during this time?
When you say bowel movement have changed , you mean watery diarrhea?
What kind of test you have done for HIV and there is included gonorrhea in the tests for STD?
Please could you attach a picture of your lab tests results?

Furthermore based on that you have done protected sex and have negative result for HIV and STD I think this is a good news and is more likely that this situation has not relation with STI .

I hope my answer helps you!
I wish you a quick recovery.
Regards.

Hi, a week after last encounter,i purchased a ear syring and try to clear my ears, then i have experienced sore neck and behind my ears, and i didnt have any temperature as i was concern i might be infected by some diesease. I went to my local GP at the 10 days after last encounter and at 28 days after last encounter(test types attached),my go said to me if there are anything, he would give me a call, and he never call me regarding my result, and the pathology told me that the test is completed. I am also a worry and high anixety person, so i purchased a icare hiv home test and used it at the 40 days, also come back negative. From the 14days-20 days after the last encounter,i did feel that i have tempature but i actually dont.but now i only have weakness on legs, and occocion stiff/sorr neck. My bowel movement is like really soft stool, not diarrhea(except few times).and they didnt give me my test result in paperbase

Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thank you writing back again.
Based on your above mentioned data(HIV and STI lab test and having protected sexual intercourse) I emphasis again that these symptoms have not relation with HIV and STI but maybe could be as a result of your high anxiety.

So, I suggest to do some tests like full blood count, electrolytes,CK test, reactive C protein, LDH, ALP, stool parasite test in order to exclude some pathologies and during this time to meet a psychologist.

I hope my answer helps you.
I wish you a quick recovery. Feel free to ask me further.

Just few questions doctor, with the test i did on the 28days, are those result consider accurate?i know the hiv ab/ag test also included p24(whatever that mean) how about the others?
doctor
Answered by Dr. Dr. Monika Dede (1 hour later)
Brief Answer:
Yes these result consider accurate.

Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thank you writing back again.

Yes the results of the tests for chlamydia, gonorrhea , syphilis, Hepatitis B , Hepatitits C and HIV (AG/Antibody) after 28 days are considered very accurate.

Usually for HIV in order to be more accurate is recommended to have another 4 th generation test (AG/AB test) after 90 days, but only if you have unprotected sexual intercourse (or other risk behaviours). So, based on the above mentioned data I think you don't need to do another HIV test.

I hope my answer helps you. Feel free to ask me further.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Please don't worry! You don't need for any other test related HIV and STI.

Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thank you writing back again.

Please don't worry and you must finish till the end your treatment with antibiotic to see the improvement!
Based on your history (protected sexual intercourse) and in the lab results (for STI and HIV ) after 28 days, including here the recent home HIV test, I am pretty sure that you don't need to do any other test related HIV and STI after 90 days.

I hope my answer helps you.
I wish you a quick recovery.
Regards.

Doctor,i have been talking this antibiotic for 3 days now, and today i started to get loose stoolsis it normal?i also discovered a sore near my anus, im happy to attach a puc if that help
doctor
Answered by Dr. Dr. Monika Dede (3 hours later)
Brief Answer:
The loose stool is caused by using antibiotic.

Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thank you writing back in healthcaremagic.

Related your recent concern I think that loose stool is caused by using antibiotic and this happens when antibiotic changes the balance of good and bad bacteria in your gastrointestinal tract.
It is known that diarrhea may occur as a side effect of Amoxiclav(alphaclav duo forte).
Most often, antibiotic-associated diarrhea is mild and requires no treatment. The diarrhea typically clears up within a few days after you stop taking the antibiotic.
Furthermore, if this situation last more than 2-3 days and you have serious signs and symptoms of antibiotic-associated diarrhea I suggest to meet your doctor in order to define better the diagnosis and to start a prompt treatment ( usually I prescribe metronidazole).
During this time you should drink a lot of water, natural tea and to use tresol and probiotics.
According the sore near your anus you could attach a picture of it in order to define better the diagnosis and I need to know if you have hemorrhoidal problems.
I hope my answer helps you.
I wish you a quick recovery.
Regards.

Detailed Answer:
Hello! I am sorry for my late response.
Thank you writing back in healthcaremagic.

Related your recent concern (sore in anus that hurt) I think you should meet a proctologist to exclude some pathologies (like fistula, hemorrhoids, etc) and to see if needed further examination.

I hope my answer helps you.
I wish you a quick recovery.
