The symptoms you have described could certainly be that of the Flu.

This is a viral infection, so one of the main symptoms you need to look for is a fever. That would be the main diagnostic criterion. I suggest you check your temperature every 4-6 hours and whenever you feel chills.

In the meantime, get some rest. Take a decongestant like sinarest and drink plenty of fluids to help combat your symptoms.
