Question: I stopped birth control on march 2 and had my period may 29. My period lasted 4 days and since then i've missed 2 periods in a row. Could i be pregnant?

The onset of a natural period after stopping birth control suggests that you may have ovulated. If your past history is one of regular menstruation, this delay in the cycles is most likely due to conception, if you were sexually active during this period.

Please go ahead with tests for pregnancy and a trans-vaginal sonogram to look for the status of the pelvic organs. Estimation of serum beta-hCG titres would give you a better clarification than HPTs.
