Brief Answer:
Side effect of the tablet

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

The bleeding you are having is due to the withdrawal periods after taking the hormonal tablet.
Since you had bleeding after a long duration, it is likely to be heavy.
Dizziness, feeling sleepy and Lethargy, heaviness in the eyes, insomnia can occur as a side effect of this hormonal tablet.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
Hypothyroidism or anemia

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have reviewed all the reports.
The reports are suggestive mainly of endometrial hyperplasia which was the cause of your heavy bleeding.
However, the symptoms you have described now can be present in hypothyroidism or anemia.
I will suggest you to get your thyroid hormone levels and complete hemogram to confirm the diagnosis and get further treatment accordingly.

Doctor,

yesterday i visited to Gynaecologist. She did not prescribe any medicine as far as periods are concerned. she said to observe foe next 3 months.
In last september I had tested thyroid for FSH and TSH etc. All tests were normal.
She asked me to do one sonography followed by thyroid test in september.
She prescribed same iron and calcium tablets as that of last year.
Is she giving right advice?
Can endometrium lining thickness increase in this period?

Brief Answer:
Thyroid test advised

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
You are likely treated for endometrial hyperplasia by giving normonal tablet.
So, there is no further treatment required.
In my opinion, you can get a thyroid and hemogram test done at least to rule out the two conditions.
Iron and calcium supplementation should be continued.
