Brief Answer:
Sure sounds like it, a little more information and I can help you further

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. It does sound like an acute case of gastroenteritis which is caused by consumption of contaminated food and/or drink. Please do write to me mentioning what you had to drink and eat about 2-6 hours prior to the appearance of your first symptoms.

Also let me know how long it has been since you are experiencing these symptoms (in hours)? I look forward to hearing from you in order to help you further.

Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
Here are my suggestions sir :)

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.

Thank you for that information.

It does seem to me like acute gastroenteritis and this would be the recommended treatment approach:

+Drink plenty of fluids
+Try to get your hands on an ORS (oral rehydration solution) either in powder (sachet) form or liquid form and drink as much as you can tolerate for at least 3 days
+Get your hands on any probiotics available either over-the-counter at a medical store or in most grocery stores and have it; it will surely soothe your digestive system and help you digest better
+Go on a liquid bland diet
+Avoid carbonated drinks
+Avoid outside food
+Avoid alcohol
+The main approach would include antibiotic use, and realising that you reside in the USA, I doubt you will be able to get your hands on antibiotics from a medical store without a prescription, so either you write to me with a list of antibiotics (and number) that you have at home, so I can let you know whether you can use any of those, or we stick to the above mentioned advise (which may take longer to help provide you with complete relief, especially without the antibiotics)

I hope you find my response helpful. Please do not hesitate to write to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
