Brief Answer:
Can go unnoticed but the picture needs to correlate first

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. Prior to answering your question I would need to ask what exactly makes you think that your 11 year old could possibly be infected? You can simply get him/her tested and that will confirm the present status.

Cancers or carcinomas can have various sorts of presentations. The presentations relate to the organ or organ system affected. If it involves the oropharynx, obstructive sleep apnea can be observed. If it involves immune cells of certain types, asthma can result. But there is no reason to assume that sleep apnea or asthma indicate the possibility of an underlying cancer.

An ultrasound of the abdomen will reveal whether hepatocellular carcinoma is present. If not present, you need not remain apprehensive.

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards

Brief Answer:
Please upload the report

Detailed Answer:
Could you please upload the report? Also mention if she has received Hepatitis B immunisation.

Please note that Hepatitis B immunisation will lead to HBSAg positivity but that does not mean that she is infected.
