Brief Answer:
get a urine pregnancy test first

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
thanks for the query to hcm,
It would be difficult to associate these symptoms with pregnancy unless a urine pregnancy test or a serum beta hcg test turns out to be positive confirming pregnancy.
If negative then these symptoms are indicate of PMS or premenstrual syndrome which indicate that your menses are to follow in next few days and that your menses have been delayed likely due to increased stress during the cycle.
Please get a a urine pregnancy test done to confirm or rule out pregnancy first.
