Brief Answer:
Bp is normal and pulse rate is slightly on higher side

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir

After going through the medical details provided by you I would like to tell you that your Blood pressure is well within normal limits ( recommended range for adults is less than 140/ 90 mmhg ) and your heart rate is also within normal limits but a little towards higher side.

Now as you have chest discomfort and considering your age I would like to suggest you to get one ECG and ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY done to rule out any cardiac problem. Also I would like to suggest to get few blood tests done like:

1.complete blood count
2.Serum electrolytes
3.HbA1c
4.kidney fuction test

For evaluating the cause of weakness.

If you have already underwent these tests then kindly upload the report files for evaluation.

Kind regards
Dr Bhanu partap
