Question: hi doc i mastuburate alot ,feel so much tired all the day,what should i do or eat to maintain my health good, i m working guy,i work as a cleaner as part time ,so wana get tire anymore,any help please

doc i also get alot of neck pain ,i hope it becuse of mastuburation,some i get premature ejaculation with this. ,and cant sleep well so thats why ,was taking some anti depression medicines ,but now i m not taking any.

Thank you for the Query.

I would like to know few more things which would help me in suggesting you better:

1.) How many times in a week do you masturbate?
2.) Since how long do you have neck pain?
3.) What kind of work do you do?

Your history suggests nothing but Fibromyalgia, characterized by widespread musculoskeletal pain accompanied by fatigue.

I would like to let you know that Masturbation is absolutely normal and it wont have any effect on your health or fertility. It also does not lead to neck pain. Do it only when you are sexually aroused like twice or thrice a week.

Masturbation does not cause Premature ejaculation, there is no treatment as it is not a serious disorder. You can just control it by masturbating 2 hours before having sex and clearing your mind off stress of doing it. Just relax. Avoid smoking and alcohol if you do.

For neck pain, get yourself examined by a Orthopedician so that he may examine you and suggest a neck x XXXXXXX if necessary to rule out if you have Cervical spondylosis. Once confirmed, you will be treated accordingly.

In addition to this, follow these lifestyle modifications:

1.) Eat healthy nutritious balanced diet which should include fresh fruits and XXXXXXX leafy vegetables.
2.) Avoid stress, practice relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation.
3.) Avoid smoking and alcohol.
4.) Sleep for a minimum of 8 hours daily, do not under or oversleep.
5.) Exercise regularly for a minimum of 30 to 40 minutes daily and maintain a healthy weight.
6.) Wear a neck collar if neck pain is severe.

thanx doctor,i appreiciate your answer ,actually i do it 5 or sometimes more in week ,so may be i got mental stress like feeling tired,and also i want to know as if i m working on a phsyical job and also i do workout for 30 to 40 minutes in a day what should i take to get enough energy.actually my body shape is average,but ,my arms and legs are skinny.so wana gain some more..can u suggest and protein daily intake powder ,or i should go with the natural diet.... i just wana to fill up my arms and legs .they luks very skinny...And doc,as u asked me abt my work its a cleaning job for 5 days at morning.its hard job like i have to do pick up heavy things n all.my neck pain is around 2 years old ,and already did xrays for it and consulted the orthopedician,he says everything is fine in xray,u have to do some exercise ,cause its just because of ur wrong sitting posture,but it really irritated me alot,and sometimes becomes a big stress,like stiff neck everyday,even after i take rest ..THANX ALOT

Thank you for writing back to me.

As I said, your follow up History also suggest Fibromyalgia as there is nothing significant on X XXXXXXX I would suggest also get a Cervical Spine MRI scan done to look for any soft tissue changes which cannot be picked up by x XXXXXXX after discussing it with your Orthopedician.

Some conditions like Disc Prolapse can cause typical symptoms as your's which can be picked up by MRI scan.

Now coming to gaining weight, you should be doing it in a natural way as short cuts have many short comings. Eat protein XXXXXXX foods like Eggs, chicken, Fish, Skimmed Milk and regular working out concentrating more on your Abs, Biceps and triceps. A Fitness Instructor would help with this. Do not eat Protein powders as I usually don't recommend it to my Patients.

Masturbate only when you are sexually aroused and do it often as it may make you tired. Twice to thrice a week is enough.

Follow the advice which I had given you earlier and go for regular follow up.
