Question: hi im 46 yrs old 7 weeks late for my period and pregnancy tests are negative periods are always regular

The body goes through some hormonal changes/imbalance during this time.We call it the peri-menopausal age group.You may get irregular cycles on and off until you achieve menopause. This is a natural process. If the pregnancy test is negative,you need not worry.
