Sir, i am suffering from psoriasis from last ten year. My dermatologist has recommended to take methotrexate by injection once in a week i.e.25 mg (1 ml). Is there any side effect of taking this medicine regularly? How much time it will take to cure psoriasis. - Deepak Salunke

I have psoriasis. I have been using advantan cream for the spots on my face. it really helped. Now after 3-4 months I want to stop using it because of its disadvantages. However, the issue is the scales seems to come back a little when i completely stop it..what do you advise?
