Hi, Most likely you are having exercise induced asthma(EIA), as you have shortness of breath and sneezing.EIA typically begins after exercise has ended, & recovers spontaneously within about 30 minutes.Cold air and hyperventilation (running outdoor) may trigger asthma through the same mechanisms as exercise.However do a TMT.
