No I think You will need a surgery if the disc is causing you recurrent problems. It is very difficult to say without an MRI report howvere if the symptoms are recurrent and troublesome, you will need a surgery Vote thanks if the answer is helpful

Hi. He treatment depends upon the amount of pressure as seen on MRI, physical signs of weakness, severity of pain and associated findings. If the Medicines , rest, physiotherapy do not help to alleviate the symptoms and sighs , better to go for surgery.
