Hello, if you're having a healthy diet then most supplements have no use. In pregnancy it's generally advised to use folic acid, calcium and iron supplements but not every woman seems to need all three. Sometimes the doctor may - depending on blood tests, symptoms etc, recommend the use of other supplements as well. But there is no rule for that. I hope I've helped! Kind Regards!

doctor1 MD

Hello Yes its safe for you. Vitamin D should be taken after every one to two weeks and calcium should be taken daily. Take the drugs as per your prescription. Thanks
