Hi there, The best way is to acclimatise yourself by various means like balance diet and nutrition, plenty of oral fluid juice, water, fruits, salads, green leafy vegetables, nuts, stop smoking, alcohol if you have any.Important one is gradual start of exercise and increase it over weeks/month, be regular, and on daily basis for 5-10 minutes exercise, and with positive enthusiasm, that you can. Thanks

Hi dear. Thanks for writing on HCM. In my opinion most patients treated with coils for an unruptured aneurysm can expect to live normal and productive lives. You may work and enjoy activities, including moderate exercise, as before.More importantly I would insist on follow-up angiograms as prescribed.Hope this answers your query. All the best.
