Hi, welcome to HCM. There are different stages in sleep. In REM sleep stage it's common to dream and move around. If your sleep is disturbed or troubling you, and morning time you are not fresh after sleep, consult doctor. Regards

Take an analgesic such as paracetamol (Crocin). Avoid sleeping pills in future. Always take sleeping pills only if prescribed by a doctor. You should see a psychiatrist if you are using sleeping pills regularly. Hope this helps.
