Hello, Welcome to HCM Dizziness may be due to various reasons. It may be an initial symptom of hypertension(increased blood pressure). It may be due to hypoglycemia(decreased blood sugar levels). So.I would advice you to get checked your blood pressure and sugar levels. And also get up slowly in the morning Thank you.
