Thanks for posting. The cause should be established first. Then pain medications to control the pains is the main stay of symptomatic treatmenet while the cause of the pain is masterminded. Also, avoiding fatty meals would be a great addition. Rest and enough fluid intake....Great too. Wish you well. Dr. Ditah, MD
