Hello,both are same but Dexolac taste is much better than lactogen. In other hand the price of dexolac is more than lactogen.Thanx.

Hi It is given only if mothers milk is completely unavailable.It is usual for mother for initial 1 to 2 weeks with just some light secretion like milk which is colestrum.You should feed your baby with that alone atleast 2 hour intervals which stimulates milk production.Exclusive mothers milk till 4 months is better.You can take asparagus,Fenugreek,oats,milk etc to increase milk production. Thanks
