Hello,

Nanpro is preferred over Lactogen by most of the pediatricians. You have to start usual diet and should not depend on formula feed alone.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wishing you all the best. Thank you.

Dear Doctor, My baby is 6 months old now. I am giving him breastfeed as well as Nan 1 pro when he was four and a half months old as I am a working woman. I give him 100 ml of nan1 three times a day. Along with that, I am giving him mashed rice, carrot and potato mix, raggi mix, banana powder mix, chikku, apple and pear juices. (He is been on this diet from last one and a half month) Since last 4 days he is producing greenish loose motion frequently (11-12 times a day) in a small quantity. He was taken Hep-B vaccination 3 days back. Since then he is suffering from fever. He has cough and mucus in chest also. Doctor has prescribed him antibiotic. 1.     Can I give him Nan 1 pro along with antibiotic medicine? 2.     Will he have dehydration problem? Should we give him any water, medicine as well for precaution to dehydration? 3.     Should I stop giving him other feeds (like rice, raggi etc)? Please advise on a priority as I am getting tensed seeing his condition. Thanks in advance
