Dear i have read your problem n can understand your problem . At present many  countries are having this facility of heart lung transplant but this is the last option as the 5 year survival rate is less than 80% after operation . Countries like spain is the leading transplant centre . So its all depend on the age and condition of the patient after proper check up . Hope this will help .if anything is left u want to tell me pls mail me ,i ll feel happy to help u.......thanks
.....best wishes
