It means your left atrium might be slightly enlarged. So better to confirm this by 2d echo. Please hit thanks.

One part of your heart is (slightly) large. Slightly means it's about normal and most likely IS normal. Enlargement comes from having to do more work. There aren't many that can do that for the LEFT. if the valve OUT from the left is abnormal or stuck open it enlarges BUT they would have mentioned "bad Valve" on echo, so, no. Therefore most likely not that bad

It is common finding. There is no need to worry but confirm by going for 2D echo.
