Hi, This could be because of the bowel irregularity which leads to hard stool and incomplete evacuation. Try to increase the intake of fiber in diet, liquids, fruits and fresh vegetables. Avoid fast foods, deep fried items, beverages etc. Sleep regularly and maintain regular bowel habit; do not neglect when there is a reflex. You can try laxatives occasionally for relief. Rule out gut infections.
