Have Difficult Bowel Movements, Have Penile Discharge Continuously. Is Prostate Damaged?

About 30 hours ago I passed an extremely difficult bowel movement. I have had two more bowel movements since. Last night, about 10 hours after the first bowel movement, I noticed a milky penile discharge, which is still continuing (30 hours after the initial bowel movement). Could it be possible that I've damaged my prostate?

Hi, Thanks for calling Health care magic forum.
You had difficult bowel movement, followed by 2 more after the first. After 10 hours you had milky white discharge from penis.
The discharge could be due to infection in the urethra may be due to the gonnehrea, or chyluria, or prostatitis.
The motions may be due to the infection, or the pain of the urethra. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, and di ethyl carbamazine citrate.
Thank you.

Radiologist Dr. Indu Kumar's  Response
Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Discharge may be due to urinary tract infection.
You need proper clinical examination and investigations.
You need routine hemogram,RBS,urine RE/ME, urine culture and sensitivity, Ultrasound of abdomen.
Proper treatment can be done after clinical examination and investigation reports.
Difficult bowel movement doesn't cause prostate damage.
You can consult your doctor.
Get well soon.

Take Care
