Marijuana would not be curative in any way. As far as pain control, there might be some pain control to be had, but the problem is, smoking marijuana may make th immune weaker and lead to flare-ups of the herpes.
Avoid unprotected sex and use condom if you are sexually active. Avoid moisture and keep proper hygiene of private parts. Drink plenty of fluids.
