hi in my opinion you must take an ecg and Echo to rule out a cardiac cause for the same. it can be anginal pain or esophageal spasm due to gerd. in case you have associated acidity and gastritis it is more like esophageal spasm but cardiac cause should be ruled out at the urgent most .
