Hello Thanks for the query Hear rate and palpitations are normal while climbing stairs. However if you are eeling exerted even after climbing just one flight of stairs with normal speed then I would advice you to get yourself evaluated by a GP. Get a physical examination and an EKG done Regards

it may be calcanium spur or sprain. x-ray can be taken fordiagnosis. if calcanium spur then physiotherapy and soft paded shoe is to be used. can take hifenac p tablet after food for ten days. with physiotherapy and medication and advise in other aspect you will slowly improve. during this period can consult orthopedic doctor. avoid walking on hard surface. confirm whether youare having flat foot.
