Hello dear, welcome to healthcare magic forum. There is nothing wrong in having one or two a day,if that does not cause gastric upset for you. A light diet with plenty of fruits and green leafy veges, and enough fluid intake, along with adequate bed rest speeds up recovery.Take daily bath and avoid popping up of vesicles to avoid secondary infection. Wishing you a faster recovery.Thank you.
