I hope this is the result of arterial blood gas study. Carbon dioxide is on high side marginally. she is hyperventilating to compensate this hypercarbia but that is just physiology. now with the details I cannot evaluate what is the cause of this. but I can tell u the problem is of recent origin and body has not reached a state of compensation to the excess acid in blood. give details.

Hi I dont understand what is water chamber but for sure sleep apnea is dangerous because it does not allow the carbon dioxide to come out causing acidosis and further causing apnoea due to deoxygenated blood supply to pneumatic area to brain. Better you consult neurosurgeon along with ent surgeon. Get well soon. Thank you
