yes, Im a male 67 yrs old. For a long time I have had 3 sebaceous glands on the underside of the penis shaft. several times a year i would gently squeeze out the yellow white smegma. This time
one gland had really narrowed and was very difficult. I never got the contents out and now inflammed. i treated it with alcohol and used a small pin with alcohol an inserted it to try to clean it a bit. I applied skineal and put a small bandage
on it. overnite the inflamation would greatly reduce and a slight yellowish sepage would stain the bandage. However when i masterbated or just the normal walking n chores of the day both caused it to inflame as before. I dont wear underwear usually. I am a tourist with no medical coverage and about to leave in less than 2 weeks for the philippines an thought to see a doctor there. i know i overdid the initial squeezing and tried too much to get the contents out. again it does seem to respond overnite but i feel i permanently damaged something as in all the years this never happened n i squeezed this gland hard before and even pricked it a couple of times with pins. until today i really didn't know about sebaceous glands but did web search. its now about a week sometimes i was a small strip of cloth or gauze an reuse it for bandage. i shower regularly and always apply some alcohol and the skineal cream... i m very active in exercise and rollerblade for hous 2-3 times a week heavy sweatingn obvious leg n groin movement. ok sorry for so much detail...thanks Rob currently visitng Singapore
