when I eat any flour based starchy foods I feel pressure in my upper chest as though I am going to choke, the food seems to go down but I salivate so much I have to spit and spit as it feels as though I cannot breathe, also pain in sternum have to lift bra up and massage in middle. Now developed a dry cough. which gives me a headache and also feeling very tired last few weeks. I do have Psa, but no meds as cause confusion.
