welcome to Health care magic.
1.Your reports says the disc which is seen in between two vertebrae has slipped backward and causing pressure effect on the theca sac ( where spinal chord is passes through) at the level of T12-L1 vertebrae.
2.There is a foramen where the nerve is passes through - its getting compressed at the level of L3-4. Similar theca sac and nerve at other levels.
3.This is caused because of degenerative changes, disc disease, trauma.
4.Can be treated by simple back exercise. in severe and complicated cases operative procedure maybe needed.
5.Initially try back exercises on regular basis and you will see the instant result.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
