What Does This Mean? Cervical Stenosis Was Present And There

what does this mean?

Cervical stenosis was present and there was difficulty passing the catheter. The uterus was opacified and persistent attempts were made to visualize the fallopian tubes. Initially there was resistence to opacify the fallopian tubes, however, on subsequent injection the bilateral fallopian tubes were visualized with opacification. The uterus appeared retroverted. No filling defects were seen. No retention of radiotracer. The patient tolerated the procedure well.
