Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Today walking my sciatic nerve was its normal problem on left side but then my right side acted up. both legs felt very weak and numb. I had walked about 2 miles with this happened. I stopped and stretched and then started walking slower and symptoms went completely away.
This is due to loss of salts and dehydration on walking and also from lack of nutrient supply. Maybe you start walking without any food intake. You need not worry it is a normal thing.
Tell me more about yourself: Age, gender, any other history.
Let me know as it will help to address your issue better.
To prevent it take food and plenty of fluids before going for a long journey.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Soheel Hussain Zargar,
Dentist
