What Causes Smooth Bumps On The Penis?
Hi. I have these pimple like things at the edge of my penis near my scrotum. They are tiny and not pointy, but smooth. And dont look like pimples and definitely not warts. Can they be hair follicles? Because my scrotum is like that too when I stretch it a little bit. Should I be worried? Im a virgin. Can I have sex when my penis is like that?
