we r on dr. phil 20/20 diet, what kind of whey protein powder am i suppost to use? i am using body fortress super advanced whey protein powder vanilla, it says not for weight reduction. my weight is like on a yoyo, the first 3 weeks were great, i just know if this is normal. we r also having constipation problem. i would really appreciate if i could get some answers. thank you.
