twice today I had a strange tightness in my chest that went up to my head and down my arms. I felt dizzy and rested for a minute and felt better. I was not out in the heat. The first happened this morning while I was bending over and the second happened this afternoon while leaning over the car window at the ATM. I'm 52 and in good health otherwise, not over weight and active. Should I be worried?
