sometimes when having to pass gas i'm not able to release, it feels like something is blocking the gas from coming out. Then if i keep turning side to side it might help but when passing through I experience cramps. As well with my bowls, I have the urge to go but its hard to push it out. I don't like to strain because become light headed or worse head aches, please help me because I work out at least 2 or 3 times a week. I drink lots of water and at 25 already had a Colonoscopy which my results came back good, but i feel that somethings isn't right. I didn't start having this problem until after my last child.
