sir i am a student, & i am feeling really stressed & depressed because of my career & other family & relationship problems..i am not able to concentrate anywhere.. every single second until i am off to sleep i only think of these things, they are never off my mind..because of which am always low these days, often these days i dont even remember what i was doing a moment before.. i even think of doing something wrong to myself many times..please help
