pimple like, itchy rash on my lower legs between knee and ankle( bad around ankle) and on my arm around my elbow and outer arm. some look like pimples others like red spots, all are raised. I have been to the clinic and to the emergency room, the clinic did not know what it was and prescribed an itch cream, the emergency room also suggested scabies but said it is unlikely as I did not have the symptoms, they also prescribed a higher dosage of anti itch cream( which worked much better) I have had the rash for 3 weeks now and it is not healing.
