one ankle and foot are swollen.not hurting, but looking awful.The other leg seems not too bad.Actually ,now both feet don't look that good..and Ive been trying to sleep all today..Ive been giving up Smoking..now 37 days and had to find the "hit"..ashamed of myself, but I couldn't even finish the cigarette..Waste of time....but drinking too much red wine to compensate..Ive read all the stuff, and have a Drug and Alcohol counseller, and a doctor who ,(Both do ) consider Smoking is the worst evil)..but it worries me to see the swelling.Im trying to drink more water..Hydralyte, and that Vit B stuff.fuck I cant think of the name...orange (Berrocca)stuff..
