not sure about this but, I'm 38 years old and work full time as a chef. I have no insurance and put 50 hours a week on my feet plus. i can physically see myself shrinking as i work. I wake up at 5'6" and go to bed at 5'4" .I live in the united states and cant afford insurance. I love working but , i hate how i feel when i get home and drink to alleviate the pain. Please someone help .
