My Wife Just Returned From The Surgeon Who Installed Implants

my wife just returned from the surgeon who installed implants in her mouth and after a week the pain levels werestill very high. she was given Percocet 5/325. I assume that the 5 is the oxycodone, and the 325 is the acetomyophen. She's in a lot of pain, and the surgeon also gave her oral NSAID that her pharmacist warned her would be extremely hard on her stomach. I'm very concerned that the oxycodone is morphine? Is it? She once had a long lasting side effect taking an extended release Morphine tab of less than 30 mg. Am I right to not have her take this medication at all? Her previous encounter with the 30 mg of morphine was rapid heart beat and anxiety?
