my wife is 72 . she has not eaten for a week. complains of burning in the trachea and mouth. complains of vomiting acid. has taken crushed calcium supplements and a few tums. in the last two days she has had large bowel movements. no diaharrea. she has been drinking about 16 oz of water a day. but she is getting weaker. she finally decided to see a doctor . but that wont be for a week. as her husband I am getting concerned. she is also a retired nurse.
